General Information
- Full payment is required for services below N$1000.00
- For services worth N$1001.00or more a deposit of N$800.00 is required this does not include PTYS, churches and NGO registrations
- Provide 3 possible names for new registrations
- All non tax payers business shareholders should pay extra N$200.00 for individual income tax registration
- Identity documents should be original certified by the Namibian police
- All courier fees to be settled by a client
- Original certified copy of a cc1 and any previous cc2 is needed for business amendments
